By using smservice.com.au you agree to these Terms. These apply to all users including homeowners and service providers.

2. Our Platform

SM Services is not a party to any agreement between a Homeowner and a Contractor. We do not guarantee the quality or safety of services provided by Contractors.

3. Homeowners

The platform is free for Homeowners. By submitting a quote request you consent to SM Services sharing your contact details with up to 3 matched verified Contractors.

4. Contractors

Contractors must hold a valid ABN, required trade licences, and public liability insurance of at least $5M. Plans: Free (5 leads/month) · Featured $99/month · Premium $249/month. All +GST, cancel anytime.
